Frequently asked questions
Plain answers, no small print.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You send us changes as a photo, PDF or short message via your Menu Mage account. We take care of them.
How fast am I online?
Once we have your menu, logo and opening hours, setup is usually completed within 5 business days.
What if I have more than 5 changes per month?
No problem – additional requests can be booked individually at an extra price. Unused requests expire at the end of the month.
Can I still change things myself?
Yes. You always have full access to your account with all Pro features. Service and self-service go together.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Done for you can be cancelled monthly. Booking 6 or 12 months upfront saves money – but is optional.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account continues on the Free plan and your content is kept. You can take your own domain with you.
Your food is first class. From now on, so is your online presence.
